Delayed flight compensation

Add your trips to Trip Planner, and our partner FlightRight will notify you of your eligibility to receive compensation in the event of a delayed flight. You’ll be supported during the compensation process.

Flight delayed? When you add a flight to Trip Planner and agree to receive notifications, SmartDelay will monitor your flight incase of delays. In the event of a delayed flight, you will receive free access to an airport lounge for you and your travel companions (up to 5) to enjoy a little calm in one of the airport’s lounges.
