You can change your first name, surname and phone number directly in the my account section. Simply go to 'my account' on the website or in the app and edit your details. Unfortunately, you can't change the email address assigned to your account unless you delete your Allyz account and create a new one with a new email address. This will include any trips added to trip planner and flight details added with your registered email address. Please note if you delete your acount all of your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account is easy, simply log into 'My account' on the website, navigate to 'My details' and select 'Delete my account'. In the app, navigate to 'Account', then 'Preferences' and select 'Delete account'.

To reset your password, go to the login page, click on “forgot password” and a reset link will be sent to your email address. If this doesn't work, you can contact our customer service team via the contact page for more support.
