I sent my insurance policy information and my account hasn't been updated?

Our accounts can take up to 72 hours to update and show new changes, so we recommend waiting and refreshing your browser or app.

Can I change my email address and name?

You can change your first name, surname and phone number directly in your account section. Simply go to manage my account and edit your details there. You can't change your email address that is assigned to your account.

How can I delete my account?

Deleting your account via web is easy, simply log into 'My account', navigate to 'My details' and select the option 'Delete my account'. In the app, navigate to 'Account', then 'Manage your account' and select 'Delete account'.

I lost access to my email address and can't remember my password. How can I recover it?

We upgrade our accounts everyday and it can take up to 72 hours for changes to be made. Please contact our customer service team who will help you recover your account.

To reset your password, go to the login page, click on “I forgot my password” and a reset link will be sent to your email address.
