Trip planner: management of my trips
Add your flight and any travelling companions up to 24 hours before your flight departs, and enjoy the benefit of access to the airport lounges if you're delayed by more than 60 minutes.

To add a new trip, select the "add a trip" button in your Allyz account, trip planner section.
To edit an existing trip you've added, go to the trip in your account and click “EDIT”.
To delete an existing trip, find the trip you want to delete in the trip planner and click "DELETE".
You'll also be able to see all past flights and trips you've added to your account in your Trip Planner section

You may not have provided consent for us to contact you. Please log in to your Allyz account, click on your profile and select "My Notifications". Make sure your notifications are enabled for security alerts and real‑time flight or trip updates.
If you've provided your consent but haven't received a message, please be aware that Smart Delay may not be able to track certain flights. While Smart Delay monitors most major commercial airline flights, it depends on airlines and airports reliably providing official gate‑delay information.
As a result, some flights may not be tracked, particularly those operated by:
Smaller regional airlines
Certain low‑cost carriers
Airlines departing from airports with limited real‑time flight data systems
