Check compensation for past flights

How does it work?
- Create your allyz account for free. It only takes a minute. Already a member? Sign in to your account.
- Add a trip within the Trip Planner, including future or past flights. Via the allyz platform, you can check your right to compensation** in both cases.
For past flights, you can check your rights** for flights going back up to 5 years. To be eligible, your flight must depart from an EU member country or, if landing in the EU, the airline's head office must be in the EU. - Receive the result of the eligibility analysis according to the conditions set by European Regulation No. 261/2004. For past flights, you will receive the result of your eligibility check within a few minutes by email. The status of your upcoming flights will be proactively monitored and you will be notified by email no later than 3 days after the flight date.
